Milford has a convenient location in the north eastern tip of Pennsylvania, overlooking the Delaware River, where the borders of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York meet. Grey Towers is one of the area's must see attractions, where visitors enjoy house and garden tours, chamber music concerts and short hiking trails. Visit the Niagara of Pennsylvania, Bushkill Falls, offering a series of spectacular waterfalls viewed via a trail system. Shops, wildlife exhibit, mini-golf and paddle boats are also available on-site. The Pocono Mountains near Milford provide opportunities for outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, skiing, hiking and wildlife viewing, especially in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. This National Historic Area boasts elegant homes along tree-lined streets and, of course, antique stores and small boutiques. Artisans from the Tri-State region own and operate the ARTery gallery, displaying a variety of artworks such as crafts, photographs, stained glass and paintings.
